We are thrilled to announce the February Edition of TEDx Archivorum, the fifth event of a virtual series of talks where international guests will join the Global Countdown to fight climate change together!
Countdown is an attempt to bring together anyone who wants to better understand or do something about the single biggest crisis we face: climate change.
Despite the pandemic’s harmful economic and social effects, our climate crisis has not lost its urgency. It is our obligation to engage on a path that does not bring us back to "normal" ("normal" is what got us here) but that projects us towards something "better”.
The February Edition of TEDx Archivorum will take place on the 11th of February from 3.00 pm to 6.45 pm (CET) on Zoom.

Felicity Fallon
Darcy Roehling is a global executive with over 25 years of international leadership experience in Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the USA. She has held several senior roles in multi-national companies and has led Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, as well as volunteering her skills to help empower other women. In 2020, she launched women17, a podcast interviewing women who contribute to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in their local communities.
Shantha Bloemen, Founder & Managing Director of Mobility for Africa, spent the last two decades working at UNICEF in Africa & Asia. She co-founded Mobility for Africa in 2018 in order to apply her experience to making a lasting difference in rural women’s lives. She was driven by her early experiences living in Zambia, where women carried the enormous burden of walking long distances carrying goods, water and children, with no support. She has a masters from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and an honours degree in History from University of Western Australia.
Felicity Fallon is an Anglo-French entrepreneur, currently living in Geneva. She studied Classics and Art History at Cambridge University before working as a museum curator and management consultant, specialising in heritage and tourism. Felicity is currently a communications specialist and owner of Talloires Lakehouse Retreats. She co-founded the charity Lake Aid five years ago, to support asylum-seeking children and unaccompanied minors in Annecy, France.

Margot Clarvis is Director of Programs at Earth Security, an organisation that helps to align global finance with the earth's natural assets. She has worked across both the public and private sectors, from the UN to Asset4 - an ESG information provider - and is an expert in private sector engagement, as well as finance for sustainable development. Margot's focus falls on nature-based solutions to climate change.
John Moorhead is Chief Impact Officer at the Climate Endowment Group. He is also president of Drawdown Switzerland, a Climate Reality Leader, an advisory board member of Climate and Sustainability and a board member of the Drawdown Europe Research Association. As a Carbon-free Campus Ambassador, he advocates for research-based climate action at school campuses and within communities. He contributes to We don't have time, The Economist Intelligence Unit’s Perspectives, Economist Oceans Initiative, Thomson Reuters blogs and has co-authored reports on climate performance in the private sector.
Dorothea Lasky is the author of six books on poetry and prose, including Animal (Wave Books). Her writing has appeared in POETRY, The New Yorker, The Paris Review, The Atlantic, and Boston Review, among other places. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Poetry at Columbia University School of the Arts, and a co-editor of Open the Door: How to Excite Young People About Poetry (McSweeney’s, 2013). She will be introduced by Jason Dodge, artist, publisher and founder of the imprint Fivehundred Places.
