We deliver everywhere in the world. If your country is not referenced in our list at checkout, send us a message to arrange shipping. All purchases will be sent within 3 days. All items are shipped from Italy with La Poste italiane (reduced shipping price with minimal tracking) or Fedex/UPS with tracking depending on your chosen shipping option. Please note we can’t provide follow up service if you chose the Poste Italiane shipping. Customer pick up is only available in our library in Turin.
Returns
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns of purchased items. Should you wish to cancel or modify your order prior to dispatch please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost & damaged items
All items are sent in perfect condition with protection and tracking number if chosen so. If your item is lost or damaged during transport, let us know.
Payment
