During the week of Art Genève 2026, on January 30th, the Centre d’Édition Contemporaine invited Archivorum and Kunsthalle Friart for an evening dedicated to four publications.
The event marked the launch of two artist books produced within the ArchivorumxM programme: Frankie by Sophie Hirsch, published by VFMK, and Machins Machines by Sylvie Auvray, published by Éditions Macula.
We also presented a special collector’s edition of Machins Machine by Sylvie Auvray: a limited edition of 20 numbered cardboard boxes, each containing a unique bronze jewelry piece, an original drawing by the artist, and the book. Each set was entirely unique. A special postcard by Sophie Hirsch was also created for the occasion.
It also presented Winter by Peter Liversidge, our very first children’s book, created with Csimota and opening a new editorial line dedicated to early childhood.
The programme included the presentation of Air Power Peace Power by Michel Ritter, edited by Nicolas Brulhart for Kunsthalle Friart Fribourg and published by art&fiction.
The evening took place in the presence of artists Sophie Hirsch and Sylvie Auvray, alongside Nicolas Brulhart and our publishers.
